1. Service Details & User Responsibilities

Automation Realm provides a cloud-based SaaS platform ("SalonHub") designed for service-based businesses to manage bookings, billing, and operations. By accessing our platform, you agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Payment Terms & Usage Restrictions

Our services are billed on a subscription basis. Payments are securely processed via our payment gateway partner, PhonePe. Users must not use the platform for any illegal activities, attempt to breach our security, or resell our software without explicit permission.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

All software, code, designs, logos, and features within SalonHub are the exclusive intellectual property of Automation Realm. Purchasing a subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software; it does not transfer ownership.

4. Limitations of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Automation Realm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses arising from the use or inability to use our software. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription cycle. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
