Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Because Automation Realm provides digital SaaS products (SalonHub), we do not ship physical goods, and therefore, physical returns are not applicable. Our services are generally non-refundable once a subscription cycle has started and digital access has been granted.

2. Cancellation Procedures & Requirements

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your currently paid billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Exceptional Refund Requests

If you experience a critical technical failure that prevents you from accessing the service immediately after payment, you may request a refund. Requests must be submitted to support@automationrealm.tech within 48 hours of the transaction. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
